How TechShatabdi Started
Tech Shatabdi was founded to solve a massive problem: fake reviews. My methodology is simple. I purchase every action camera, microphone, and smartphone with my own money to ensure our comparison tables and battery drain tests are 100% unbiased.
"Every camera was 'incredible.' Nobody admitted when something was bad. I bought one based on those reviews and wasted ₹8,000."
So I decided to start doing it properly. I buy every product with my own money. I test it for at least 2–3 weeks before writing a word. I measure what can be measured — battery life to the minute, stabilization score on a 1–10 scale from real bike ride footage, waterproof tests at actual depth. And I tell you when something disappoints.
TechShatabdi is now a YouTube channel with 10,000+ subscribers, and Tech Dhurandhar is the companion website where I go deeper — comparison tables, spec charts, and written analysis that a video can’t always deliver.
The goal is simple: help Indian budget buyers and creators spend their money on gear that actually works, from a reviewer they can actually trust.

How I Test Products
Every product goes through the same methodology before a review is published.
Minimum 2-Week Use
No review is published until I've used the product in real life for at least 2 weeks.
Own Purchase
Bought with personal money from Amazon or Flipkart — same experience as any buyer.
Measured Results
Wherever possible, I measure — battery to the minute, ISO noise at specific light levels, stabilization on standardised routes.
